Hello
Can you explain what is the shuffle switch for ?
I have enabled the shuffle and selected a playlist for alarm , however the playlist always starts in same order with the alarm

I am using QNAP TS 451 NAS , FW 4.3.4.0483 20180213
Music Station Version 5.1.0 (20180110)
Alarm clock is latest from the QNAP app market

Hello, Joe.

Could you send me log file of AlarmClock, I’ll try to undestand why shuffle doesn’t work for you.

It will be good, if this log will contain records for more than one day, but for the same task, to compare different launches and how shuffle function forks.

Hello Joe
Thank you for log.
But It doesn’t contains any information about playing.

Could you select any (previously created) task and press “play” button.
Wait until playing stops.
Then make the same with the same task – press PLAY again.

And then send me log.
I should see how the “shuffle” function will fork for your playlist during playback.

I have made the new version, with more datailed logging of shuffle function and some fixes.

Could you please update to the new version – 1.11,
try how shuffle will work,
