    Hi.
    I think – no.
I don’t have chromecast audio, so I can’t check it myself.
    I’ve read this topic – http://forum.synology.com/enu/viewtopic.php?f=216&t=105339 .
People can’t play frow web-interface of audiostation to chromecast.
    So my package also can’t.
Please try it yourself – could you select your chromecast device in audiostation web window, at top buttons bar, in connected sound devices list ?

    Hello,

    I don’t have a Chromecast Audio 🙁

I’m looking for a device i can use as an alarm clock with my NAS. Your package is a pretty good solution, but i need a DLNA device to use with (and not an expensive one 🙂 ).

I’ll tell you when i’ll find a good solution.

    Thank you

If you look for the cheap solution,
you may try the bluetooth dongle (for example, Asus BT-400, $13 – http://www.amazon.com/ASUS-USB-Adapter-Bluetooth-USB-BT400/dp/B00DJ83070)
    and any bluetooth speaker ($15 – ….)

The DLNA-powered player is more expensive, but has better quality of course.

Hello, I’ve found a really unexpensive solution. I have an unused Lacinema mini HD, and it provides DLNA ! So it cost me 0$ :).

It’s compatible but I have no volume control, and i can’t pause music or forward a song. I can only play and stop music, but i just want an arlam clock so it’s ok for me.

I just bought the NAS ALARM CLOCK license, and I’m happy 🙂

    Thanks

    Hello Sergei,

I just bought a chromecast audio, and NAS Alarm Clock doesn’t recognize it (like Audio Station – but DS Audio does).

Also, I just discovered your Windows App. Very nice ! An it works fine. It’s more comfortable to use.

I discovered the Android one too, and unfortunately, i can’t connect to the NAS. But, i bet you will repair this soon.

My wife and I thank you for your ap that makes our awakening easier our alarm. We have coupled it with a LIFX bulb that lights up gradually. It’s just perfect 🙂

For Android app – try use not symbolic but ip address of your NAS.
And port – by default :5000.
    For example: 192.168.1.45:5000

On my yoga tablet it works so.
